Great place to put pics on shirts, hats and more. 24 hour turn around on most. These are good friendly people and the women are very sweet. They will do what they can to help you. I had a small issue with a shirt, but it was just a little bit of miss understanding. But they did everything they could to clear things up for me, and made a shirt that I am much happier with. I would go here again and in fact I'm working on a couple. I recommend them if you want one shirt, or a dozen, or even two dozen. .

Big frog catch phrases: “it’s not possible in that time frame” and “we can’t do that fabric”. Told me on the phone they could do rush orders, until I got there.

Then they told me the fabric I brought in wasn’t possible to print on in the time allotted (48 hours).

I went down the street to Custom Tees, and had the complete opposite experience. Custom Tee’s catch phrases: “it is possible in that time frame” and “we can do that fabric”.

Here is a comparative overview:

Big Frog price: $40 per shirt. ($30 + $10 rush fee) . “Can’t do it” attitude. 2 business day “rush” delivery.

Custom tee price: $19 per shirt (no rush fee). “Can do it” attitude. Same day delivery. Actually, same HOUR delivery.

The decision is obvious. Save your time, and your money: go to Custom Tee’s down the street. They’ll have it done quicker than you can start your order at Big Frog.

the staff at big frog were very helpful and everyone was awesome ! our first order was having two jackets embroidered they turned out great and got them done faster then expected. second order was 2 long sleeved t shirts that turned out just as awesome

Paid $600 for 10 custom hoodies. They screwed it all up and turned it around on me and said it was my fault.
I called multiple times and came to the store on several occasions over the span of a couple of weeks to make sure everything was perfect. I even called three times on the day that I ordered to make sure that everything was understood and accurate before I gave them my 50% deposit...
The problem was, EVERYTIME I called or stopped in, I was talking to a different employee. I guess nobody writes things down when you call in to make changes.
I can't believe they won't refund me or offer to make things right so that I get what I wanted. What a TERRIBLE business decision on the owners part. You eat your mistakes or you lose future business.
I have never seen such incompetence.

The products are a great solution for the purpose we have for them and better quality than what I was expecting. The logo prints came out looking sharp. The staff was very thorough in helping me figure out the best way to accomplish my goals especially for business use. I commend the efficiency and supportive customer service that I experienced.
