If not for the caring and professional people at the office that handle the middle valley area I would be lost. Even though their means of making companies do the right thing is limited. They understand that your dealing with things you don't understand. My experience with GUDELS towing is just criminal and I could tell they felt my frustration and anger. Thank you for your understanding you for guiding me through my legal opinions. Your people truly care, I am grateful!

I bought a tiny home that was under warranty, when the water heater failed, Legacy home rep wouldn't warranty it. I filed a complaint w/the BBB in the meantime I had to fix it myself to be compliant w/ renters laws. Never was able to invoke the warranty. I guess BBB just ignored that fact.? Then I ended up having a 2nd issue where the company didn't give me the certificate of origin. They claim they sent it & say I signed for it ( I didn't receive it or sign for it). BBB didn't follow through to see if it was true or not just took their word for it & closed my case. The company did produce a document w/a signature but it wasn't my signature. BBB Didn't solve either issue 😞 I still don't have a certificate of origin and have no idea where to go to fix the issue. Thanks for nothing BBB

The jury is still out as to how helpful this organization will be in my particular situation. At the end of the day they have no real authority to force businesses to behave.
I was surprised to read on their website that "reviews" of a business have no bearing on its rating. They rely primarily on information provided to them by the business itself. That is perplexing to me. Much like the old adage about leaving the fox to guard the hen house. At the end of the day consumers have very little recourse when dealing with businesses here in Tennessee, so regardless of the outcome of my complaint I am appreciative to at least have them to turn too.

H-H Transmission Auto Care fraud scam dishonest behavior beating customers out of money for services they did not perform in their vehicle. Disrespectful toward customers talking negative aggressive in manners like people stupid while stealing from them about services need to be investigated and closed down.

I have been contacted multiple times by this office regarding my company becoming accredited. I have stated over and over again that I AM NOT INTERESTED. They call and leave voicemails sounding like they are contacting you due to a complaint, only hoping you will return the call... You can hear drama and the sound of concern in their voices (Chris Arp/Harp). If I am contacted again I will go to my attorney and file a lawsuit for harassment when I am on the national do not call registry and have asked to be removed from your call list multiple times. I have all calls noted, time and date. I will seek damages for every individual call if I am bothered again.

Call my phone requesting my services. Do not call soliciting your services to me. I don't do this to my potential clients, and you shouldn't do it to yours either.

We purchased a 2022 Jayco camper new from Camping World. We immediately had issues with the toilet clogging up. Had it unstopped 3 times and ended up taking it to Camping World to repair the issue along with 13 other items that had to be repaired. The tech at Camping World and at another certified service center said that the only fix id to install a macerator toilet. Jayco refuses to fix the issue because they say its built as designed. The problem is the design is flawed and is the reason that it keeps clogging up. This camper is a $150.000.00 camper and I shouldn't be having this issue. And Jayco should repair it. Buyer beware if you're considering a Jayco. They do not stand behind their product when there is a design flaw.

They don't deserve one star. A man named Jim called me and said our company score could go from a B to A+ If I'd pay $399 to join the BBB. I told him that was terrible to run what I thought was a credible business like this. When I refused my company went from a B- to an F and it's been this way for years. This is NOT a government-ran business, it's a private franchise and If you don't pay them, you get an F. This is the worst place I've yet to see. I am seeking legal action now. Put up with them for years and I am done.
