Took my sons Xmas list handed it to the tech, guy.. JUST WOW!!! Took everything my son wanted tweaked it a little bit it was very conscious of price but quality I was so pleased happy smooth experience my son cried with every gift!! Came to try and get ahead of the game and get protection for my iPhone 16 pro max, they have all the items in stock online for pick up but if you go in store nothing is available. Asked to purchase and was told they could place an order for pick up for me to come back in 1-2 hours. For a product that is in stock. How does that make any sense.

I'm disappointed in best buy. I don't shop here often due to media removal with zero movies available. Video game sections gone down hill with little selection and hardly ever any limited run or limited editions of anything. Prices hardly ever change and every other store is usally cheaper. No reason to stop here unless u need a big ticket item or a cell phone.

Purchased incorrectly accessed tv. Sold as open box excellent when it should have been open box fair at best. I trusted the sales guy when he assured me it was in good condition. It was sold as open box excellent. It came without a box, frame seperating/broken, white pixel dot in the middle of the TV, no stand. I went to the closet Best buy to get a price adjustment and there's nothing they can do or give me the store number so I have to drive over an hour again to speak with someone about a price adjustment because the sales person didn't have any integrity. I will be disputing the charges and cancelling the cc if this isn't handle correctly. This chain is the worst place to deal with. See you soon.

I bought over $2k in items the guy was ho helped me very polite and convinced me to buy protection plan and membership so that way no questions ask if things break or malfunction they will fix or replace no questions ask. Well 7 days later one item broke, I come in the same polite guy now totally the opposite attitude and said sorry we can fix or return it. Call the manufacturer see what they said. I asked so you knew this was going to be the case and sold me something I didn’t wanted he said sorry is that how it is.. so Dont waste your money.. Dont let them convince you.. I learned my lesson again, I though this times was going to be different.
