I had a positive experience here. The study researchers were generally friendly. They were always very serious about details I would provide. The phlebotomist I worked with understood my difficult veins, and worked out the best way for the different blood draws.
If there is ever a medical concern, there are doctors and a nurse practitioner on staff.
They have multiple studies running at one time, so if you get called at different times or have to sit for different times, it's simply study protocols.
At the time of this review, masks are still required. Please bring your own so they don't have to provide you one.

They are very unprofessional they sit up here and schedule you appointment and then turn around and cancel the appointment and then tell you that they're full do you sit up here and pre-screen people for studies and then turn around and half of them don't even get to do the study I just feel like it's wrong.

I Won't be doing no more studies with them anymore

Most people at Benchmark are friendly, professional and cognizant of the amount of time that trial participants spend there; some are not. I referred someone to Benchmark who participated in 2 trials and I was supposed to get a referral fee. Never received it, so I inquired about it and was told that the records had already been archived; the situation was not going to be investigated. Hence, no referral fee.

The place has a very clinical setting. The people are very friendly and nice. I was there for a Covid study. The process went pretty well, for being moved through in hourly groups. The waits were not any longer than they had to be. Some waits have to be so long, while others like the Dr physical and lab went fast. Oh they also always pay up before you walk out. I am glad to be a part of this research group.

Very, very slow. Unethical payment practices too. Each time I’ve come here there’s been someone in the waiting room complaining about not receiving payment. They are also VERY slow and disorganized. Friendly though. But it seems like they are either way understaffed or they have enrolled more patients than they can handle. I’ve waited 3+ hours just for an injection.

The hours are allegedly 8-5:30... I have called several times to the local New Orleans office and this office and have had no response or even and answer from the call center in Austin. I was scheduled for a consultation last Friday and received no verification of where to go other than an appointment at 1pm. It would truly be nice if I could speak to someone at some point to reschedule.

Looks like a good research site, but their screening procedures leave much to be desired. I was screened twice on the phone for a COVID vaccine study, but on my first visit they immediately told me I was not eligible after looking at the answers from my phone survey. This was after waiting 45 mins in the lobby around other people.
