Minimum fee $29 monthly? What? That's really not fair. $1.95 monthly fee in case of water leak on my part or they may not adjust it off back to what you normally pay. Noone should be held accountable for leaks they had no way of controlling? They turned my water off with no notification, no letter, no notice nothing. That is probably not legal. I thought Morristown was bad...geez

Had service from 6/21 - 9/23. My bill ranged from $40-50.00 except when we had a leak to fix.
I stopped services due to moving and SUDDENLY MY BILL WAS $87.00. In three weeks time they tried to tell me I had doubled my water usage. Due to our move I had already not had a washer anymore and was no longer using either bath tubs for my child. I paid it before it was due and I have yet to receive my deposit back. They say their policy is 4-6weeks for return and yet I am now past that. They just put me off when I call in to complain. Maintain your policy guideline and have better customer service please.

I had City water for 1 months. I have had 2 outages so far. When your water is out . It is out. No one to call or talk to to find out why. I don't even know if anyone is working trying to get it fixed. And when I do have water it looks like watered down milk. I think I will be going back to well water. I can't even get a shower after working all day. They need an after house number people can call that explains when and where the water is out at. This is so ridiculous. They get 1 star because I have to leave something.

This is the worst utility company I have ever had to do business with. I am a single, disabled senior. I get my SSD once a month and always pay my bill accordingly. They charge me a 25.$ late fee every month. They will turn off my water if I am one day late because of when my Social Security check gets here. Then, I have to wait for it to be turned back on and get additional charges. I already can't afford my prescription medications. They take my grocery money for basic use of water, which they know gets paid every month. My water costs as much as my electricity because of their outrageous price gouging. Heartless and mean.

Worst place I have ever done business. We moved and had the water turned on, well they never got our address right and we never got a bill. Instead of calling us to say “hey we haven’t received a payment” they cut our water off. Over a $30.00 bill. This happened 3 times and they never did get our billing straight and after the 3rd time I told general manager it was unfair for me to pay a $80 reconnect fee every time since we weren’t getting a bill and asked if they would remove the reconnect fee to which he said no. So I politely told him to cancel our service with them and I would turn our well back on. He said “okay”. Now isn’t that great customer service? Not even caring that you’re about to lose a customer and not even trying to retain them? Do not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs.

There is only one kind woman in there by the last name of Wilson. The board is a bunch of crooks. If your bill is late they charge a delinquent fee of 25 which if your struggling is a lot. Not to mention a reconnect fee too. The prices are ridiculous. I never get a bill. I blame that on the post office. Just 0/5 stars if I could.

Water is constantly off due to "water main breaks". They never let us know even when they turn it off for planned maintenance. A heads up would be nice so I can plan ahead. Frequently without water for 7 plus hours. Always air in the pipes because of water outages and by the time it works it's way out, there is another outage.

I totally agree with Steve cooper! They turn my water off all the time and it's over 10 or 20 dollars. they are nothing but money grubbers fleecing the people they "serve"! They do not have auto pay, so you ALWAYS run the risk of your check not getting there on time. I've resorted to calling and paying my bill over the phone and they charge you 2.50 to do that. It is the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. This last imte getting my water turned back on (I've had service with them for over 6 years, they "required" I give them a copy of my Socoal Security Card and Drivers Licencse! WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?! I have utility service with KUB, West Knox Utility and Appalachain Electric. All of them take my payments via auto pay. And NONE of them have my drivers license and Social Security card! Also, I did not receive a privacy policy from them eitheer sdtating how they intend to use my PRIVATE information! I'm One P*d off customer. If BSUD comes to your town, STAY ON THE WELL!!!!!
