Called over a month ago left a message to see if I could get service in the middle of Versailles, and got a return call several Weeks later stating that they would be unavailable for family reasons. I moved into my place in december, it is the middle of March and I still haven't had anybody come out, set up an appointment, tell me how much service is or even weather or not I can get it.
It's pretty crappy when all you can do is leave a message, and you can never get a hold of anybody. That's definitely not a good way to run your business, because it doesn't get you business..

I guess so much for supporting the little guy and your local company, so I guess I'll support Como connect instead of putting food on my neighbor's table and supporting his family.

I have had BCS for 2 different people I set them set up internet for my dear friend, Eric was wonderful ! I just recently called him again and got to speak to JoAnne his mother who was so helpful we set up an appointment when I could be in town to set up internet for my Dad and again Eric was wonderful.
I highly recommend BCS Computers and their service is awesome !

This is an honest place to take your computers to be repaired. They check it out, and honestly tell you what's wrong with it and fix it. Best place I found so far.
