I had an obstruction in my phone charging port, which was preventing it from charging. They removed the debris quickly and at no charge. They had the batteries I needed and replaced the battery in my car key fob. Great service. 5/5 stars

I called when I broke my Samsung s21 ultra screen and was quoted $380 for a replacement. I thought it was a bit expensive but I needed it done and they had the screen in stock. When I dropped off the phone I had a chance to look at the new parts, and to my surprise, it was an OE samsung screen, with a new battery and frame attached! Albeit it was a annoyance, these guys got it fixed and far exceeded my expectations. 5 stars aren't enough!

Thomas was very helpful in fixing my cracked phone screen. I was lucky they had one in stock and it was a quick same day repair. Also, Thomas was thorough in explaining how some of the other parts of my phone were damaged and the parts were replaced at no additional cost. Great service!

I took my phone in to get fixed. They replaced my screen and now it presses buttons by itself. It’s gotten worse and it wasn’t doing this before I took it to get fixed. I called to see if they could fix their own mistake and they said I would have to pay for it again out of my own pocket.

had to have them fix a crack in the screen on my note 8 only thing is they did not have the grey screen in stock so now i have a 2-tone note which is perfectly fine, actually looks kinda cool. workmanship was excellent, customer service was excellent, repair time was fantastic, it only took them 1 1/2 hrs to replace the screen. just happened to be a bit pricey at 280$ but not having to wait 2+ weeks to fix it through insurance was definitely worth the price. If it ever happens again i will definitely be going back to them.

I was on a cross country road trip and had to have my phone for GPS. I ended up dropping it into a mud puddle. Friendly staff, complete life savers, had my phone screen fixed in an hour and a half. The the prices are steep, but it is worth it considering how much you use your phone, and the quality of service that comes with fixing it. We decided that I would return as a customer, as long as it wasn't because I broke my phone again! Thanks for turning my bad day into a better one, Nathan and the other 2 guys.

they were quickly able to fix my partner’s phone that needed a new battery and charging port but didn’t even call us when it was ready. we were told it would take about an hour and a half, so we went home instead of the store to wait. after 2 hours expecting a phone call, we tried calling them but nobody answered. we had to go down to the store to check and apparently the phone had been ready a while ago, according to them, but we had no idea since they never reached out to us. they didn’t seem to care when we brought this up.

altogether it was $100, which is fine i guess, but why ask for a number to call when you’re not going to do it anyway. we had work that night and lost a couple hours of sleep waiting instead of the 30 minutes it actually took to fix the phone.
