I was pleased with the efficient service when they replaced the battery in my cell phone. Also saw a sales associate show a customer how to replace the battery in her key fob when she balked at the cost to have it replaced by the employee. (She bought the batteries.)

Don't purchase anything from them if you expect any further assistance beyond purchasing or to be inconvenienced. I purchased a battery from them early-mid October for a car. Brought the old battery back up after purchase to get my money back from recycling. I had to receive a check in the mail. They told me following Thursday I will receive it. gave them 2 weeks and still no check went around there for them to tell me the check didn't process until that Tuesday. Still waiting and called corporate for them to tell me that they don't even see anything processed for me to get a check and now I have to speak to the district manager which takes another 2 to 3 days for a call back. I will never purchase anything from them again. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Purchase from them at your own risk

They definitely came through with the help that I needed today. I was looking for an electric battery charger for my children's two Razor electric motorcycles, and found exactly what I needed here at this Florissant location.

I purchased the key fob replacement program last year. Brought it in for a replacement since it went out. I was informed I have a garage opener battery warranty which is WRONG! How can I get this corrected? I paid approximately $35 and really don’t appreciate this. You might check which battery was installed last year, it won’t fit a garage opener. Horrible customer service!

The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!
