Took my iPad in because the charger part was bent , he returned it and now the whole entire screen doesn’t work , I’ve text and called and he refuses to fix the damage he caused the iPad was working perfectly fine ! To top it off he also damaged my screen and now there’s a spot on the screen ! But how rude can you be destroy someone’s property and not take accountability for it is beyond me !! Save your time ! And look elsewhere ! It’s Thursday I called Monday Tuesday Wednesday and today no answer I had to call from another phone to be able to reach him and then he answered disgruntled like it’s my fault u fixed one thing but broke another !! Why do I have to call from another number to get a reply ! Would no answer my text messages or anything ! Second I post a review I hear back !! So yes surely going to file small claims !!! You can’t just break someone’s things and not have reproduction grow up !!! And be man take responsibility for being a crappy business owner I have receipts you have EXCUSES !!!!! The least you could have said was here’s your refund and let me fix my mistake ! Dodging people and then acting like a victim is NOT THE CORRECT WAY!!!!!!gaslight someone else …4 days and this is the only reply on Google! I had to give you a review for you to respond !!! oh the hurricane it’s barely raining kids in school daycares open no one shut down but you is it a family problem or a hurricane or your busy fixing a phone like you text me ! pick one lie ! U can’t pick three !!

I took my older model phone with a defective into Justin on a Friday expecting bad news. Even with having to order the parts, my phone was back in my hands that next Monday with a new screen and working like it did the day I bought it.

The workmanship was great and the price was better than I had expected and MUCH better than having to buy a new phone.

I would HIGHLY recommend Justin and Back in the Game.

I have been trying to reach out for repairs to my phone for several months, even messaged on Facebook just to be left on read. During business hours never an answer. Free or not I would’ve paid to have my phone fixed. You said swing it by you’ll do it for free but when it came that time I just got ignored. When does it matter what time I leave my review? 9pm or not focus on communication and making your customers happy. High 5 to the select few you do

If I could give 0 stars I would! Had an app for 3pm. Got in town early and got there and was not there. Waited and called the man. He said he wasn't able to be there until 5. Waited over an hour no calls no messages. He won't return calls or messages. Very aggravated and will never use him and will tell everyone I know to not waste there time on someone like him.

Y’all!! Justin is amazing! Not only is he cheaper than the competition, he is quick, efficient, and flexible with his scheduling for appointments and he offers a lifetime warranty on his work! I had a cracked phone screen and he replaced it in minutes and I didn’t even have to get out of my car which was a help because I had my two toddlers with me and they can be a handful sometimes! I 1000% recommend him!!
