B9 Creations not only makes incredible printers that are a turnkey simple process that's trainable, they have the most helpful staff of any company I've ever worked with. Have been using the Core 530 printer for prototyping intricate medical device mechanical parts. Very satisfied with the resolution and accuracy of the parts. Much finer features are possible with this vs other benchtop resin printers, and I find that the printer value really is in getting these small parts out of it in good quality, without having to break the bank on a really high end industrial micro-printer. As well, the surface finish is very smooth, and prints are super fast. Have had good interaction with customer service to get issues resolved.

I've had my B9 printer for 7 months now and am completely happy with both the machine and the customer service. Being able to print my own wax models from my jewelry CADs is easily paying for itself. Even the fine detailing on my models come out perfectly. I did have one small issue after a software update, but the customer service was outstanding and we found and solved the issue quickly. Wynne and the whole B9 team are wonderful to work with and I whole heartedly recommend their products and company.

Purchased a 550XL 405nm a few years ago and the machine is awesome. The quality and detail of the parts has set this printer apart from others. I have been very happy with the wide selection of materials available. The HD slates detail is unparalleled. I am really enjoying the Robust ABS/PC for production parts for use when increased strength is needed compared to Grey or HD Slate. I think the largest benefit has been the amazing customer service B9 Creations offers. Not only do they offer support for the product but they also offer help in setting up your prints for optimal printing/quality if needed. The support goes far beyond just their device warranty. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if your looking for a 3D printer.

The B9 printer is superior in general...however beware the DuraVats cost $999.00 and only last one year. After a year they bubble and get bad areas in them

I highly recommend the B9 Core series printers. Our company has two Core 530s and they are truly "plug and play" printers that yield very high quality and castable prints. I've had very few issues in the 3 years of Core ownership but, on those rare occasions when a problem did occur, their customer support resolved it promptly and professionally. Best of the Best!
