Customer service is awesome. The workers are very friendly and willing to help. The new manager isn't very good. Cutting back hours for everyone including long term employees. They have some employees that can come work "whenever they feel like it." It's a good place to shop but not for a job.

I came in looking for license plate brackets for my new cruze, I couldn't find the right bolt but an employee ny the name of Teagen, helped me get the correct bolts and even went out of his way to install my license plates and brackets, the amount of helpfulness the autozone teams has is amazing! Thank you!

Friendly, customer oriented staff. Always helpful in assisting with what you are looking for and if they aren't sure what it is, they walk the floor with you until they help you find it. I go here above the competitor right down the block because of the customer service level alone.

I was in the Fredrick Town Missour Auto Zone store the other day. And the gentleman Mitchell went out of his way to help me. He was very polite and honest. I was so happy that he helped me. I go back he will be the one that I will ask for. He even came on his day off and put my parts on my van for me. If anyone needs work done he is a great mechanic and is cheap and fair. Horrible experiences with the Fredericktown location. Order parts, they send the wrong ones. Give them specific part numbers, they still order the wrong ones. They have done this numerous times and there's only one or two associates who genuinely try to help. The rest are just plain rude, lazy, or have no clue what the parts they sell are. Ask about a discount after their admitted error resulted in extensive damage to my vehicle, they literally laughed at me. I would rather go to any other part store even if that means walking 100 miles. Terrible, just plain terrible store.

This store is amazing! The employees that helped and continue to help me are great!! The managers Jeff, Jessie, Bryan, Jerry, and the crew Stephanie, and Kevin are friendly and super helpful. It's the only place I'll shop for auto repair and anything vehicle related.

It is ok, Some of the customer survice could be friendlier and they are kinda high priced on some things. Good news is they are competitively priced and have a few great free services as well. Has room to improve.
