I ordered diagnostics and repair of TCM for my truck from these guys on eBay. They sent me back a non-working TCM after 2 weeks. Sent it back to them, they returned a broken TCM after 3 weeks. 2 services and an official dealer confirmed that their TCM does not work. Sent them the results of TCM diagnostics. Asked for a refund. They started ignoring my messages. Did not return the money. Result. 2.5 months without a truck, money wasted on additional diagnostics and repair. These guys behave like scammers. Order repairs elsewhere if you do not want to lose your money. In another place, this work was done for me in 3 days quickly and efficiently.

I sent my ABS module for my 2003 H2 Hummer to be repaired. I waited a week then
tried to contact them several times, they promptly called me beck when I explained l had not paid for it yet. It had been two weeks and said it was ready that it needed a little more work than they thought, I asked him if there was any extra charge, no problem they said no there's no extra charge everything is fine it tested good and then I paid them at that time over the phone with credit card. I did receive it a few days later and had my GM dealer install it they said it tested no good, at that time we decided to try a new ECM on the Hummer we installed and programmed it and the ABS module still tested bad. I have now tried several times to call and email them to no response at all, I have tried so many ways to get ahold of them to find out what we can do about this problem, I am soon moving within 30 minutes of them and we'll be going to their shop in person. I'm very upset very disappointed it is definitely my fault for not reading all of the reviews first

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased an IDM repair service in March, received my part back and it did not functional-was not repaired. I called repeatedly, finally got a return call and ended up sending my part back in June for a "warranty repair". Have since not received anything back, have left numerous voicemails. At this point I have no part to send elsewhere for a core to purchase a working part. All I want is my broken part back.

No better place for the repair of my 2003 Volvo S60 DIM. They were quick, and, most importantly, got the repair done right. I had brought my DIM to a local place before that didn't know Volvos the best, and were unable to fix the unit. Automotive Scientific, however, had it fixed in a matter of hours. Matthew, in particular, was really helpful. I scoured Google and eBay before eventually settling on ASI as my second repair shop to the work on my Volvo DIM...I only wish they had been first! Highly recommended. A+

For three years I've been trying to fix the cruise control on my 1993 Saab Turbo convertible. My excellent mechanic at Zimbrick Imports of Madison, Dan Boley, said I needed a new ECU for the cruise control. They installed and replaced three of them and I gave up (we all gave up). A happen stance check of Ebay had a post from AUTOMOTIVE SCIENTIFIC, INC. that noted they REMANUFACTURE these units, GUARANTEE THEM FOR LIFE and I NOW HAVE A FUNCTIONING CRUISE CONTROL.
