Interesting response from this company when I have resent them the email from July 9th we gave them notice.

Wow, it was shocking to see this company steal money from a dealer who had been with them for 9 years without complaint. I’ve followed up with them for 6 months and they quit responding. They also will increase your price without notifying the appropriate parties as well. Really sad to see, their product has gotten stale and their price was too high for current technology anyway.

Our transfer from Alert Miner to Alert Miner Pro was the worst, most careless onboarding of the dozens I have done in my career. Never have I been so disrespected by a company with lack of follow up, ignorant responses and horrific support. It cost my dealerships 10s of thousands of dollars by not having a tool that we consistently utilize, frustrated my entire team and there was ZERO URGENCY to get our problems resolved. I have used the product since 2004, installed in and referred it to dozens of dealerships. After 20 years of loyalty I get told, we'll give you a free month? The product is no longer cutting edge, the support staff is the WORST in the industry and they clearly are only concerned with expanding their business and not taking care of their customers.

100% recommend Capital Ford of Wilmington. This was our third purchase and this experience was just as good if not better than the first experience!

Eric Barnard from sales was awesome from the beginning. Very friendly and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. Allen Lane, Sales Manager, came to the floor to speak with us and was super friendly. It was so nice having the Sales Manager come to the floor and make that connection with us, as the customer, and not hiding behind a desk. What was even more amazing is he helped us get in to the vehicle we REALLY wanted and not settling because we thought it was out of our price range. Capital didn’t have the specific vehicle we wanted on the lot (the one we wanted was out on a test drive when we got there - and it sold!) but Allen made sure to get us the one we wanted from another sister property! Eric Jacobi made financing our vehicle a breeze. Super helpful and very knowledgeable.
Never once did we feel pressured that we HAD to buy a vehicle. (Even being there past 6pm on a Saturday)
Communication during the whole process was top notch! I can’t say enough great things about the 3 team members that made this experience a memorable one. Thank You to Eric B., Allen and Eric J. for helping us purchase our 2020 Ford Explorer!

I was very specific in my needs and he was able to keep me within my terms which has never happened before. The deal was done very quickly and everything was very clear and concise. I am very pleased.

This company has lost sight of their customers. Service cut backs and higher prices, this must stop. Been trying to cancel for over 30 days and when I inquire about it, they slap my credit card with another months payment. Run from this company so you don't end up like me.
