Only in for a SIM card replacement and found it very crowded and the agent (working the entire store) too not be staffed up enough for the store traffic. The agent was great and process was easy enough however. Good overall experience.

Nikki is the best thing since sliced bread.
Update: my first experience was a good one. Once I had problems and tried to cancel my service I started getting the run around. By the time I insisted, 4 times later, they said it was too late and couldn't be returned. If you buy from them just plan on keeping your service for 2 years no matter the price.

I had 2 different issues that needed to be resolved when I walked into our local AT&T store last Saturday morning. Donovan was fantastic! He was the only employee in the store that day. Donovan was calm, patient and very knowledgeable about his job. He was kind and professional.
