At the Atlanta Neurologist Insight Clinic, I received the highest level of care and attention. The staff is incredibly professional and compassionate, making each visit pleasant. The doctor took the time to understand my symptoms and provided a detailed diagnosis. The treatment plan was explained clearly, and I felt confident in the care I received. The positive changes in my health have been remarkable.

I took my gf to these people. She had called before making the appointment and made sure they took her insurance. Drove over 2 hours for her appointment only to be told they are out of network and the cost would be 500 minimum. They didn't call or email ahead of the appointment. The lady at the check in desk was not helpful at all. It was billing that said they take the insurance. Unless you're independently wealthy, don't waste your time.

While navigating a tough diagnosis for my mother, Dr. Lazarus + the whole personnel have been amazing. Any of my (numerous) questions are always answered and the staff is so responsive, especially Dr. Ross with the pharmacy team and Skye with the nursing staff. All of the employees are patient, kind, and caring which is all I could ask for + more when dealing with patients with neurological diseases (and their families). I genuinely can't say enough great things about ANI. THANK YOU ANI!

This is THE place to go if you need to see a specialist for a neuro issue.

I won't spill all the private details on the internet, but there are 2 people in my life that need neurological care for complex conditions. In one case, the individual experienced a string of terrible experiences and failed treatments from other providers prior to ANI. In both cases, finding ANI was the beginning of the end of the worst part of both of these individuals' lives!

Furthermore, both individuals have DIFFERENT neurological conditions. I highlight this to show that ANI has evolved from an MS facility to include other complex conditions as well.

Chronic illness is chronic illness and still sucks regardless of treatment quality. But there are three reasons why ANI will improve your life from the context of your condition:

1. You get the experts - many people go to a general neurologist. If you are being seen at ANI, you are speaking with a provider who is specialized in your condition and is therefore a subject matter expert of your condition.
2. You get empathy - the individuals discussed above have encountered a complete lack of empathy from other providers. It is shocking. But ANI actually puts a LOT of thought and care into their patients. Patients here are not treated like a number on a financial statement.
3. You get an extremely well run practice - on the organizational side, ANI operates like a well oiled machine. They are prompt and responsive. They have good systems in place for communication. They have integrated other parts of care into the practice (ex- cutting edge MRI machines that don't require contrast and can be reviewed immediately after MRI). And maybe most importantly, they know how to interface with the broken US insurance system.

Seriously check this place out if you need it!

Dr English is a great doctor. But...my wife is disabled and missed a appointment. We live away from Atlanta so the drive is terrible. She called back in to reschedule and they told her she owed 50.00 dollars for a missed appointment. For a disabled person?. They would not let her reschedule until they got there money. I found out about this because I pay all the bills. Anyway..
I had already paid it and we couldn't not reschedule? It never used to be this way at the MS center.

This facility is for patients suffering from neurological issues. I hope the the front check In and check out people know how to speak with the patients who go there for the for the first time.
I have had a very bad experience. First, they told me there is no referral paper; i showed that it was faxed 2 weeks before; finally, she found it and scanned it right then while I was watching, and then they stated that they called me two times and I didnt pick up- But obviously they never called and there was no VM.
She told other girl who was talking to me and smirking, they dont understand that people who go there they have problems-and they really have issues. I told the girls that "I drove for 2 hours, and now you're smirking because you guys did not call me to tell me to have a referral from my insurance, If you were in my shoes , would u like that ?" She stated NO. Then they got a manager who did not know how to handle the situation.
I left and told them that I rather find another neurologist who have better control of their workers.
These girls have no Empathy- u dont know what God has written for them.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER.
I will send any patients to this group ever- they dont care but I will try my best to help patients who need help.

I am grateful for all the doctors and staff. However, since making the change from MS Center of Atlanta I feel like it has gone down hill. Maybe an overload of patients but now I can’t make appointments unless they are over 4 months out. I would encourage sending patients a reminder to schedule important appointments via phone, app, email or whatever is easiest for the Institute due to the fact it’s so booked up now and most/all patients have neurological damage.

Nice atmosphere, great staff, and I absolutely enjoyed my doctor's knowledgeable and personable approach. We were even able to laugh. I feel like I'm in good hands, and that my doctor truly cares about my well-being physically and mentally.
