This place is so incredibly understanding of life circumstances and always friendly. I dreaded the dentist trips my entire life until I found them. Been with them for years and I never leave in pain. I'm not even living in the area anymore but I refuse to switch to another dentist team anywhere. I recommend to anyone and everyone.

Rude receptionist when you call. Called to ask if they took tenncare for adults and was rudely told not past 21 and as I was trying to say I'm 21 she hung up. I called back hoping it was just a mistake and that she was already hanging up before she heard me. I then started off trying to tell her I'm 21 and she rudely interrupted me and said I just called and said again that tenncare doesnt cover dental past 21. I'm 21 I'm not past 21. They should have receptionist who are willing to do there job and listen to the full question before rudely hanging up.
