Staff was friendly & professional. Outer office waiting area needs a make-over, but I was very happy with the entire experience. I was given a very thorough exam, discussed my treatment options, and given an itemization of the procedures suggested. In the end I thanked them and walked away without any pressure from them to make further appointments or financial commitments. Four stars instead of five only because the prices seemed a lot higher than I expected.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I both had check ups and cleanings in July 2023. They tried to sneak in the $200 toothbrush on both of our bills. They also tried to overcharge me by around $180 even though we both had the same procedure. When I repeatedly questioned the bill, it was magically lowered. Fast forward to October 2024 and my husband starts getting texts and bills saying he owes over $800. He was originally told that the delay was caused because they were "behind on billing". 7 months later he's still getting bills and texts. He has contacted them multiple times to try and get this resolved and no one has ever returned his call. According to our insurance provider, they did not include all of the necessary codes and the xrays were blank when the claim was submitted. Some of the information provided by Aspen was also incorrect. Our insurance provider has requested the correct information from them multiple times. At this point, we've contacted the BBB. My warning to anyone who goes here...check your bill before you leave. Also reach out to your insurance providers to make sure everything is ok. It's been almost 2 years and we're still fighting with them because of their shady business practices. Unfortunately we did not read all of the reviews first. Others are having similar experiences.

I switched from my long term dentist of 17 years last year to Aspen dental. Best move i ever made. I love the fact i can get an appointment any time i need. The dentists are professional and good at what they do, as is the support staff that work around them. Ive also found the prices i pay after insurance is applied are lower than i previously paid. As i said, best move i ever made.

Just don’t. They overcharge for services you don’t need. Tried to sneakily put a 200$ toothbrush on the bill? No? Also their hygienist could be better. Got 8 shots for a simple cleaning. Kept missing with the shots and the cleaning was painful. I pointed out tartar buildup that I had gone into this dentist to get rid of and she stated that she couldn’t get it. There’s also like so many spots she just brushed over for only a second that I know keed attention. Think I’d be better off buying my own tools and doing it in my bathroom. Jesus christ. I’m not paying $1000 for that I’m sorry but that’s unreasonable and the service was not what I needed. I’ll have to do that whole process again somewhere else

The dentist was definitely quick with the procedure, but I hadn't been completely numb during the extraction and I could feel him pulling the teeth out. The amount of pain I was in was absolutely incredible. On top of that, the dentures provided are too big and do not fit right.

Everyone is so friendly. I have anxiety being at a Dentist it is a horrible experience for me, but not here. Everyone made me feel safe and comfortable. So quick and thorough. Amazing! Thank you Aspen (Festus).

Would not recommend. Can’t even get a routine cleaning because of “mild gingivitis”. Insurance of course will not cover the gingivitis cleaning, and you can’t have a regular cleaning without first having the gingivitis cleaning. It costs $1100 out of pocket. May be good for emergent problems or actual dental work, but not for anyone who isn’t having any real issues.

Tooth pulled feel great! But , I asked if it "WAS" possible If we could video of the extractions! Reply was no! And since you asked your son can leave the room. He can't stay I asked, and he said no and pointed to the door and said he has to go! I am sorry but thought it was a bit rude but did well with the procedure.
