The people at the sign shop knew exactly, to the minute, when I would be arriving to pick up the sign. When I arrived at the shop, despite it being during posted business hours, the door was locked! I tried reaching someone on my cell phone and it rolled over to voicemail! Within a few minutes someone emerged from the business and said that they had just remembered about my sign. They had not even started making it! The young woman said she'd get right on it and have it done within the hour. Luckily, I'm retired and was able to wait. It would have been a tremendous imposition if I would have just been on a lunch hour or something like that. When I returned after the hour was up I found my banner was finished and ready to go. It was executed precisely as I had prescribed. It was a good product but not a perfect experience.
