Went in for a test and first thing I said I'd I have a health condtto not get excluded from said study took me back for hour tested and was ready to go ..they then decided oh your condition makes you ineligible you know the one you mentioned off the bat? Went to another research center for the same study with no problem don't waste your time

What a JOKE THIS PLACE IS! They scheduled me, I drove 30 mins all to tell me that I don't have an appointment.

They look out for their own -
that's THE MEXICAN WAY AS I WAS GETTING OFF THE ELEVATOR ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WAS GOING INTO THEIR OFFICE. They are horrible and the customer service is horrible as well! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE LEGIT YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR GAS. I hope this helps. Have a blessed day today!

Have been here on multiple occasions now.
Every single time I've gone everything was smooth, everyone was super nice, and everything has been going exactly as they said it would.
Have absolutely zero complaints about Ascada, anybody there, nor the way they conduct business.
I hate needles but still go to them lol.

Did a study here for the new flu vaccine and the process has been seemless. They even text your reminders of your appointments. All the staff is friendly and try to get you in and out in a timely manner!

Been to Ascada to do a few studies so far and never had major issues. Staff is super friendly and walk you through the whole process. I had a bit of delay on the first payment but haven’t had any issues since then.

The entire staff of Ascada Research's Fullerton location have all been so kind and easygoing to work with throughout my study participation. Dr. Oei is such a bright and down to earth Doctor and Nathan Tauta is a superior Coordinator amongst the staff. I would highly recommend anyone to participate in Ascada Research studies for the simple ease of required visitations and the great financial benefits.
