What is the purpose of two MFLC counselors being at building 408? I see two women earning $42+ per hour, one maybe gets the laundry on and babysits sometimes, the other one has no idea and just sits on a mat during naptime. She does not interact with the children, very mundane way about her, non smiling robotic. Mostly they sit in the breakroom 97% of the time. If they are needed to watch the children why doesn't MWR hire a caregiver as a float. These two individuals get paid a stupid amount and do nothing. It is an Insult to all of the other workers in 408, they get paid twice as much and do NOTHING! what a waste of money. They are not needed.!! Hire a FLOAT.!! We need Elon Musk to come here, and ask what exactly is your job description..and what what do you do exactly, your entire shift! Lots of waste here on FLW. These contractors are unneeded.
