Fairly fast service. The workers were very pleasant. The floor felt slightly sticky, but overall it was pretty clean in the lobby. The food was hot and fresh. We were missing a small curly fry order, which the worker corrected right away and apologized sincerely for it. Overall, pretty good atmosphere. Would definitely visit here again if I'm in the area again.

I don't know who is managing this Arby's, but they are doing a great job. They were busy when we arrived, but everyone was doing their job and doing it efficiently.

We travel full time, and service like we received here is not as common as it should be.

My only grumble is the cleanliness, the lobby definitely needed attention, but to be fair it wasn't so much trash everywhere as it was sticky& dirty tables and floors. But, I know how busy fast food can get so not the biggest deal! The food was so good and so was the service. I hadn't heard great things about Arby's but I am glad we went, we've definitely been missing out!

Very dissatisfied with the quality of food.
Curly fries are stale and cold. I got the turkey bacon Ranch sandwich and the bread is hard.
I will not be a returning customer of Arby’s in Hannibal.

Sunday evening. Food tasted ok but the place was disgusting. Condiment area looked like it had not been attended to all day. The floor in front of it was sticky. There was trash lying on top of the can. It was not busy, and there were employees that could/should have attended to it. Oh, and the door was full of smear and fingerprints. Very unappetizing all around.

A really great place to stop in me and the family did and even tho they did one of my sandwiches of the three meals ordered they went above and beyond to make it right with no problems at all they definitely have some great cooks and service

when i think of a great fast food stop, i will now start thinking of this arby’s. whoever was working behind the counter with the tattoos on march 30 2025 might have been the best man on this side of the mississippi. not only did he bring a great vibe he also brought some smacking delicious food. I still am in utter shock of how legendary this man was. he’s like when you have a pokémon, but then you realize you can mega evolve it. absolute legend. please tell me his name.
