By far, Aptora's Total Office Manager is the best office management app I have used. The flexibility in the preference settings, the accurate and detailed reports, the convenience of scheduling appts / work orders (among other things), all under the same platform is great. Their customer and tech support are also very responsive and ready to help - Shout out to Mary! I would also recommend Aptora University to every user, specially beginners. James and Susan, you guys ROCK!

Not all software can say they have the clients best interest at heart-I truly believe Aptora does. You get out what you put in regards to training and reporting. I find Aptora to be hands down a great resource for all our accounting and dispatching needs.

Plumbing and HVAC company est. in 1948. We used Aptora from 2009 - 2021. We left because we needed an app for our techs and those apps were only able to integrate with QB. We tried out the 1st Aptora Mobile and decided on another app. And we've regretted it ever since. This is a TRUE All-in-one software. No sync issues, no more QB and 3rd party apps blaming each other for issues they can't seem to get on the same page about. After 4 long, stressful years, we are back with Aptora. One software for everything! Mobile II is easy, especially if you are already familiar with Total office Manager. We fell for all the promises from the other software companies, and they all promise to be everything you need. You will end up with many spreadsheets and QB and all new problems. It shouldn't be that hard. Must mention Aptora's support. Their support rates HIGH above QB and the 3rd party tech apps. I call this program QB on steroids because it is a lot like QB but does ALL the other things a service company needs. We got in-person on-site training in Texas by James. He trains better than anyone we've ever had! Office and Techs really caught on and I attribute it to the QUALITY training. If I could give 15 stars for this company I would. 5 for the software, 5 for support, and 5 for the training!

The Aptora team truly knows how to take care of their clients! They put on an incredible event that was both informative and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. Susan is an absolute master of altruism—her kindness and dedication to helping others shine through in everything she does. The food was top-notch, and the people we met were some of the best we've done business with.

A special shoutout to Saint Mary, who is an amazing employee and person, and to James, who is a fantastic teacher and leader with a deep passion for his company and life purpose. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the entire experience even better. We couldn't have asked for a better event or better people to learn from. Highly recommend!

I have been with Aptora since 2012 and I truly believe they want to make sure you are successful. Their software is truly an all in one software and has improved the way we run our business. Arika is also a great asset to the company and has help us out tremendously. Everyone we have dealt with at Aptora has also been great and really go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I also really like that fact that the owner James is very involved in his business and really cares about making it the best software for his users.

Every person I have dealt with at Aptora is extremely gracious and very professional. Not to mention you will feel as though you are family when the call is done! Everyone that you will deal with at Aptora will do all they can to quickly resolve the issue that you are faced with. We have used Aptora for nearly 7 years, and recently move to the Aptora Cloud. The deployment team makes the move simple and quick. The technical support department, for me is amazing.

As a business owner, i always look for those that are doing exceptional work because, it is very important to me. I want to work with people and or companies that exhibit the same.

This product, is like a snipers rifle, the more you use it the better you shoot-if you are only making random long shots, you may be disappointed-however, in a well trained hand the sniper rifle can do a wonderful job-as is the software made by Aptora-use it, learn it and lean on the Aptora team-we have for nearly 7 years! Yes, some struggles, and mainly self imposed struggles. You will be treated very well.
