Before replacing our washing machine we figured we would have someone look at it. What a great company. They answered their phone. Came out in a reasonable time and repaired our washing machine at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future. Rapid City is lucky to have this company around.

I cannot recommend Mr Skrypka’s service enough. My refrigerator went out late one evening. I called him the next morning on a Saturday (when all other repair shops were closed for the entire weekend) and he was out to my home within a couple of hours. He had the parts ordered later that afternoon and was back to fix it the evening the parts arrived in the mail. He even stopped by a few days after the repair to check to make sure all was functioning as it should with the repair. Extremely knowledgeable guy. Overly qualified to fix my refrigerator. Very nice personality. Very affordable compared to other repair shops. I can’t say enough about someone who shows some initiative and is willing to work in today’s world. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Cannot recommend….called for Refrigerator repair (not cooling). Only added more Coolant and said “call me in the morning if it’s not cool “ Failed to diagnose or listen to our observations. After calling the next day, wanted me to wait until 4pm. When I questioned what he thought it was, and if he had parts on hand, he got defensive and said “I have to diagnose problem “

Got it serviced elsewhere the next day. The drain was clogged (which actually fixed itself since I was told to unplug, empty out and open doors overnight ).

Worst part, the Coolant was not necessary and overfilled which could have blown the Compressor. Dodged the bullet on that.

Don’t understand all the good reviews with such bad service. Would have stopped payment on the check but it was cashed same day. Have to question his business practice.

Mr. Skrypa was wonderful! He arrived the same day we called, quickly identified the problem, and ordered the parts needed to fix our dishwasher. The day the parts arrived he found time to install them and now things work perfectly. I'd highly recommend him!
