We purchased a new home while it was under construction in the Spring of 2024 in Kingman. Moved in the middle of May. The whole team has been great to work with. They have been proactive with any questions or concerns we had. Very much recommend them.

We love our angle, Home. We chose our lot and model (the Desert Rose) so we got to see our home being built from out-of-state. Our superintendent, Cassie, was wonderful. She posted pictures for us every week on builder trend and promptly addressed any of our concerns. We’ve only recently been able to spend much time there since we aren’t in Kingman full-time yet.
The title company, Pioneer, was very helpful and professional. When we were scheduled to close, we drove to Kingman, signed papers that morning, and had the keys soon after.
Innovative, stoneworks, who did our landscaping, was also a pleasure to work with. When we weren’t sure about the color of the Landscaping rocks for the front yard, Keith met us at the nursery to make sure we got the color we wanted.
We have had a great experience with Angle Homes and would definitely recommend them.

Let me share my experience with Angel homes. One year ago my wife and I were purchasing a home from Angle, we put $4,000.00 down in good faith and started escrow. Unfortunately my wife passed away approximately 10 days before closing. I called them and told them that she had passed I would not be able to move forward with the closing as I would be unable to afford the move without her social security. I asked for my deposit back and they said no that I could use it within a one year period. I told them my situation has not changed and I can't afford to buy a house. So I lose the $4,000.00 because my wife passed away unexpectedly. The lack of compassion from this company is unbelievable, if they can't survive without the 4,000.00 they kept from me well good luck in the future. If this deters five people from buying anything from this heartless company then my $4,000.00 loss is worth it.

Angle homes are built to enjoy desert living! Their construction is 6” rather than the standard 4” so you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Brand new built homes usually in under 6 mos. you get to be involved as much as you want because you have an app to keep you up to date with every detail of the build. Many upgrades are included in their standard purchase price.

I purchased an Angle home in August 2019. The quality of construction is poor and Angle's response time to make repairs can be measured in decades. If you are thinking of buying an Angle home, visit a jobsite and inspect the quality of workmanship. I met with the owner of Angle in February to discuss flooding, and code violations. It's April and nothing has been done.
Update my previous post
Angle came to correct drainage in my front yard. They moved dirt and then informed me that the quarry did not have the correct rocks to finish the job. Next week.. next week...next week. It rained and the problem is now worse than before the "fix". Next week is now mid July and still nothing. Posted a picture of a load bearing 2x6 stud in an Angle Home. Code is a notch no greater than 25% of width. This is closer to 80% and not the only stud. Code is a ground slope of 6" in 10' away from the foundation. Photo clearly shows no such slope and water pools around the foundation.

Just closed on my new Palo Verde model. The attention to detail in the finish work is way beyond my expectations. They built me one gorgeous house! Not only is it beautiful, but WARM! There insolation methods really do work. It was in the 30s outside and the house was nice and warm after running heater for just a few minutes.
