I was at the Amicis Research Center in Northridge CA everything was great. Five Stars no problem.
Then I was switched to the Amicis Research Center in Beverly Hills. I was on time for a noon appointment. It is now 4:03 pm. I am still in the waiting room. A half hour ago someone came out and told me that everyone else in the waiting room was there before me. This was completely untrue. Another woman waiting told this Amicis employee that I had been there First. The other 4 people waiting are being seen now.
I am still waiting for the appointment they scheduled for me at NOON TODAY.

This place is horrible I never expected to go through the experience I went through. The staff is all over the place my blood was drawn on a chair with myself holding my own 8 vials in my hands mind you this was on a second visit blood redraw because the initial blood draw had hematoma from not mixing or freezing the blood properly in other words they couldn't do any research my blood become to thick. Which raised some red flags of course. It's just not a place I would recommended and definitely not worth it because they also don't pay I was treated very unprofessionally and horrible! I post this message in hopes to bring awareness to all that try and enroll in any study with this company! God bless everyone ?
