They will shut you water off 1 week and a day late they said they gave me 3 notices but I only recieved 1 via email 2 days bfore they shut it off and when I downloaded it, it didnt say it was late on the bill so I didnt realize my payment didnt go through earlier in the week. Out of all the emails the 21st was the final notice. She said she sent 3. I got 1 notice the 21st and it said final notice that was the only one. I usually make sure to pay it before or if i have to a day or so late. But this was an accident and they were so rude right off the bat attitude right away and no telling me they were putting me on hold after just a couple of seconds after i asked my question. I feel like they have treated us very poorly and yes I got upset because I was also lied to and especially since i usually manage to pay in a timely manner. My electric company gives us at least 2 weeks to pay if something comes up. Plus I have issues with my water they refuse to fix.
