Alliance Technologies has been our IT provider for over 20 years. They recently managed a project for us and as always, the service was excellent and any bumps in the process were addressed quickly. There were clear outlines provided of what was needed from us, as well as what Alliance would be handling. The result was seamless, and we appreciated the transparent process as well as the opportunity to provide feedback once it had wrapped up. Any day to day, normal issues are handled promptly with good follow up to ensure that everything is fully resolved. We very much enjoy working with Alliance Technologies and cannot recommend them highly enough. We look forward to another 20 years of partnership with them.

In 2017 I decided to outsource our IT Management, I was referred to Alliance from a customer. I am extremely happy with the decision and the time it has allowed me to focus on our business. Jared, Steve and their team are wonderful and responsive.
Among other improvements they have improved our security, and backup of our on site servers that in a catastrophe could be up and running in minutes.
We also just completed a massive project that cleaned up 15 years of wiring mess and relocated all of our servers, routers to one managed power location. Alliance had the connections to connect us with a great wiring company and Steve and his team were present throughout the whole project.
I could go on, but let's just say that you will be completely satisfied with Alliance as a partner to your company.

The crew at Alliance Technologies, LLC is second to none. We have been working with them for two years and they are the best company we've worked with thus far. Their techs are always professional, pleasant, and flexible...and they know what they are doing. If something is unique, they work until they figure it out. One other thing I appreciate about their support is that they don't talk down to those who have limited technical knowledge. The don’t try to scare you, talk over your head, or over-sell services. I’d give 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for the right IT company, you should at least give them a call and check them out for yourself.

When our Accounting business sustained major damage from a lightning strike in July 2019, we were devastated by the loss of our entire network system. Chris from Alliance Technologies was able to come to our aid within hours of the event. He salvaged enough critical data from our damaged server to get us back up and operational on a new server and desk top pc’s in record time. Thanks to his efforts and professionalism, we minimized our business interruption.

But most of all, Jim is a solid individual who always gives his all to help his clients and the people around him.

The end user experience takes a backseat for effeciency. Options are not well tailored for the application and for the price paid one would expect much more. Customer service is very hard to come by when you have a problem. It's been nothing but headaches from day one. Do not recommend, there are plenty of other options in this market. Go with a smaller company that more enthusiastic to get and keep your business.
