Our company contracted with All Covered in December 2016 and ended services 1 year later. Prior to All Covered, we had never had any sort of virus. We had 2 in one year with All Covered. It took them 3 days each time to de-bug our system - costing the company thousands of $ in downtime. At their recommendation, we purchased and installed a firewall through them. They charged us thousands of dollars to debug the system eventhough it should have been covered under their contract. Contracting with them was one of the worse decisions we have made in a very long time.
