Just went and financed a GE all in one washer/dryer combo this past Tuesday. Had been having a rough morning before getting there. Bex was absolutely amazing. She made doing this go smoothly. She talked with us we had a couple of laughs and she made sure we had no questions. She brightened our day like a rainbow. I would absolutely send anyone to her for appliances.

Submitted online app to turn the power on to the new home. The power was turned on. I get a call a few days later threatening to turn my power off because they don’t have any information on me. I submitted another application. Then a man shows up at my door to turn off my power because I don’t have any information in the system for the home. I go to the office, finally get it sorted out and they said they’re going to charge me a $40 fee. I said you don’t have to send anybody out it’s already on but they’re going to charge me anyway. The ladies were nice, but I hope to never do business with this company again. I give zero stars if I could.

All I have to say is that this company will try to milk you dry of your hard earned money. They care nothing about the customers. Be sure to submit all payments in person or through mail. Online, they can lie and get an extra $20 out of you. If you insist on paying online, Bill pay through your bank is the best way to go. Otherwise there is no way to prove your case. Your word against theirs and they always win. Good luck! Hope this helps someone out there.

There kiosk is messed up all the time that we have to go in and pay..you would think with all that money they get from their customers they would get the kiosk fixed.

They also have a machine to pay your bill after you enter the first set of doors if you don't feel like going all the way in. Be warn the machine doesn't give change back. If you over pay the change goes towards your next bill.
