He was incredibly helpful when we were in a tough spot needing to get our furnace installed to finalize the sale of our home. Cesar kept us updated on the process and did an outstanding job. The duo, Austin and Cesar, who came to install our new furnace were nothing short of professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done, rolled up their sleeves, and got the job done splendidly. They left the work area cleaner than how they found it, which was an added bonus. I have been a loyal customer of their company for 17 years, relying on them for my annual furnace and air conditioner checks. Our mini-split heater unit is quite 'distinctive,' and we're currently spanning from an initial diagnostic to a more comprehensive maintenance and repair phase, which should disclose if there's a leak within the system. Cesar was exceptionally skilled and well-versed in his preliminary analysis, and was quick to understand the history of our previous installation (it's noteworthy that he was part of that process too). He was both courteous and personable, and extremely transparent about what the next steps would be, what they would and wouldn't reveal, and how it could affect cost estimates. We've been thoroughly satisfied with our dealings with Airtronics Air Conditioning Corporation so far, and Cesar, in particular, is an excellent technician and wonderful to work with. We are currently in Hawaiian Gardens.

They quickly identified an issue with a noisy heat pump that was not properly secured after a repair by a different company. We didn't hesitate to sign a contract with them immediately, dismissing the less competent service we had previously engaged. That was several years ago. Since then, Austin has addressed our aged water heater, replacing it with a more efficient model. He also enhanced our heating and cooling system, eliminated maintenance needs, and reduced our utility bills. They consistently check our system bi-annually and are always quick to fix any issues, not like other companies that keep us waiting. The only downside is that they don't offer weekend services, but they always manage to get here early in the week. While other companies might operate on weekends, they tend to charge more. Airtronics Air Conditioning Corporation may not offer the lowest price, but I am confident they offer the best service.
