I took a package in for return. It was very bulky and had pieces to it that came vacuumed sealed. I couldn’t fit it all in the original box. They explained it had to be sent back in one box. Instead of sending me on my way to figure it out. They all helped put it in the one box!! Very nice ladies. Made my day.

I'm assuming it's the owner who always has a nasty attitude when I go. And today is the last. She is ALWAYS unpleasant, ALWAYS unwelcoming ALWAYS rude. At least she's reliable. And everyone in the store looks miserable and SCARED. My gut tells me she's a VILE person to work with/for. NEVER AGAIN

Tried shipping a controller to a friend in Puerto Rico and it got sent back, they called me and told me it had been returned and that I would need to come get it, the next day I get a call saying that somebody higher up had figured out what was wrong and they would ship it back out. This was on the 4th of December, I went there today on December 26 to check and it was still sitting there in the store and they said they wouldn’t ship it back out. I never got a phone call or anything telling me they weren’t gonna ship it back out. So now I’m out 80 bucks and my package sat there for over 20 days without any form of contact telling me it wasn’t gonna be shipped

Do not hesitate to go to AIM mailing center! This establishment has been absolutely fantastic since day one. We have a mailbox through AIM and the customer service has been spectacular. We haven’t lost any mail or had any issues getting deliveries. When we call to have our mail forwarded we are always greeted kindly and handled promptly. There have been times I didn’t know we had a packages delivered but the staff here always keeps us informed and up to date on what has been mailed for us. I would like to give a special shout out to Promise who is so kind to me every time I call. If you have any mailing needs or questions I would encourage anyone to come to AIM mail center!!

I would love to give this place a good review, but having previously worked for the USPS myself, there is no excuse for the lack of attention paid when addressing a package or Priority letter.
TWICE now we have tried to mail items to our Son. TWICE. Once was an insured package, and most recently this week a USPS PRIORITY envelope containing highly crucial documents.
BOTH TIMES the person inputting the address screwed up the receiving house number, and the items were turned back to the local distribution center.
How hard is it to input a mailing address correctly? How hard is it to confirm it with the customer before you bar code, enter it or what have you?
Mercifully because the receiving postal center on that end, along with our Son, ( both times) were able to run it down, with a lot of effort, and finally get the articles delivered. LATE.
No excuse for this , ZERO. I don't how nice they are.
I understand the pressure of dealing with the mail. Been there, done that. So I am not without empathy. However two out of the ONLY two times we've mailed from there? Seriously?
It's either lack of skill or lack of care. Pick one.

I have had great experiences with Aim Mail Center. It is. An easy place to make Amazon returns, drop off UPS and Fed Ex packages. The employees are always helpful,professional, and curious. Promise in particular has made my transactions easy and speedy. They also have lots of unique products to shop. I highly recommend Aim to everyone.

I drove many hours to get to my fingerprint appointment. When I got there, the system was down. No big deal and not their fault. They said they would call me once it was back up to re-schedule. They never called. So I called to follow up and got my appointment later that week.

While there I shipped a package. UPS returned it stating they could not access the building. How does every other delivery service make this work and UPS cant, I am not sure. When I called the recipient to follow up and found out it was not delivered. I had to work with UPS (another terrible experience) to find out it has been sent back to AIM Mail Center nearly three weeks ago... and they never called, mailed etc. So, I asked them to just return my package, and they said they would have to charge me.

Are you kidding me? You charged me for a deliver you didn't make and then you charged me to get my package back to me after you failed to even let me know you had it.

Never, Never, Never, do any business at AIM Mail Center. Just the worst of the worst experience ever. Please go out of business.

AIM Mail Center is friendly with all customers! They take time with each customer to efficiently help serve their needs. This is the best UPS, FedEx and USPS shipper in the area. The notary just preformed her first marriage yesterday. AIM Mail Center is a great place to do business and ALL people are welcome.
