I bought the AGM TC 50-640 V2 and I must say that I am exceedingly disappointed. The website misleadingly says that it can be attached in front of your day optic with no tools or accessories necessary. I therefore expected an optic mount. Unfortunately, you need to purchase other parts and pieces to use on anything other than an AR platform (clearly not specified). When I called and asked about the misleading description, I was given a song and dance, which makes clear that they know but just don't care.

Why not just specify for the end user so we know what to expect. Why not list what comes in the box and what accessories we might need that will have to be purchased separately. I feel I am forced to conclude that this company is just dishonest... Rather than be upfront with the customer, they would rather sell some product and tell you to pound sand. Can we trust them on anything else if they'll be dishonest about a 200 dollar attachment? These are expensive products and trust is imperative. Maybe check out the competition before you pull the trigger.

These guys are great! I have the taipan 365 and I love it. I used it a lot over the course of almost three years. It had an issue where it would overheat and become pixelated after a while. Some thing also started rattling inside of it, and the lens cap fell off. They returned my call the same day, helped me return it and replaced it with a brand new one since I was within the three-year warranty. Great product great price.

Customer service is non-existent. UPDATE: So after 20 days of waiting and getting no response with multiple phone calls and email, I finally trigger a response. Turns out I'm shipped a non-working product. Dealer at Midwest Thermal says I got you covered send it back to AGM. As it turns out he is wrong and this return is on me to ship back with insurance at a nice $62. Tried to contact AGM for 20 days since receiving item only to find out
I AM RESPONSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM AT MY EXPENSE THAT THEY SHIPPED NON WORKING. How is this fair. Full refund was not an option. I'm sorry but AGM you sent me a faulty product that's on you NOT ME!!

Incredible customer service and Response time was Fast. I Recently purchased a Rattler series Thermal. It was having a shutter issue. Very cheap parts assembly. On/Off switcher got broken after 4 month of gently use. Customer service denied warranty claim and refuse to sell parts. Stay away from them

UPDATED REVIEW: We’ll..they really came thru after creating a lot of noise. They replaced the scope and sent it two day delivery. So I’m all fairness, I have to give them a 4 out of 5 star rating. REMBER. The best service wins hands down. And for this, I will buy another AGM scope. Thank you Savanna and Todd.

Had to send back my scope because it wouldn’t hold zero. They’ve had it now for 3 weeks and won’t answer calls, return calls or emails and haven’t received any updates whatsoever. Buy pulsar not this junk

Edit: my RMA was authorized 10/31 and it’s now 1/11 and still don’t have my scope back nor can I get ahold of anybody via email or phone call. Company is still horrible stay away
