Worst agency I applied for. They post the same job on indeed. Every time I apply for that job they send me a msg to apply in person and constantly telling me to apply in person. I let them know I applied they tell me they are scheduling an interview and they never get back to me. I call again to put myself available and there answer is that they’re slow. Always the same answer. At first I’ll accept it because I know some agencies do have there slow times but not once has this agency ever gave me work. For those that have received work through them congrats but for others wanting to apply here I wouldn’t waist my time. They’re unprofessional and for them to constantly ask me what shift I want after asking for my last four of my social it should already be on record. I recommend Fairway Staffing, Istaffing, Express personal, Priority work force, as well as staffmark.

I work for this staffing agency just went to fill out some preliminary worker comp thing and the lady couldn't be nicer I've also spoken with her on the phone and also the other ladies there are professional and very nice so I feel like I sort of know them and I like that feeling where they make you feel comfortable go the extra mile

This is by far the worst staffing agency I have ever seen. So I applied for a position I saw on craigslist, I got a phone call shortly thereafter and I was invited to come in for an interview. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she was going to text me the info for the interview (ie time, location, directions). Well I didn't get a text at all. So I called the following morning and a different person answered and I explained why I was calling and she said that she would text me the information.... that never happened. So I went back to the position on indeed and I sent an email to the original poster and it stated staffing solutions not affluent staffing... long story short both of the companies are Affluent Staffing. I end up going in for an interview on Friday. They have the weirdest application process, but I understand the reasoning. They want to hire and place people as quickly as possible. But the legal questions and contracts they make you sign are very bizarre and questionably borderline illegal. Anyways I filled everything out (and I crossed out all of the misspelled words on the legal contract). I met with someone and we talked briefly and she said she would present my application to two different companies on Monday... I sent a follow up email on Monday and never received a response, so I followed up again today (Thursday) and she basically asked me the same questions we had discussed on Friday (availability, what work I'd be open to) like the whole conversation on Friday didn't happen at all. So now I am eagerly waiting for a response... again. Also while I was there an "employee"/customer came in because her paycheck was short and there were too many inconsistencies/deductions.... which again makes me go back to one of the legalities they MAKE you sign on the first page. Basically the way it was explained to me is that the staffing company does not get paid/charge companies a fee for placing people in the positions, it is a free service but they will deduct legally regular deductions for people who have garnishments placed against them (like child support and IRS) which is all fine and legal BUT that is not stated at all what they make you sign basically states that you give Affluent Staffing permission to deduct money as they see fit... stuff like the work uniform if it applies, but there were other things listed basically stating they will deduct what they see fit.

Save yourself the time and headache from the unprofessionalism. The only positive thing about this agency is they are taking the proper precautions due to Covid-19.

This is the worst Agency to work for. They make you show up on your first day, train you, expect you to work for free and avoid paying their employees. Esta es la peor agencia en donde se debe trabajar. Esperan que uno trabaje para ellos y luego no te pagan a tiempo. I will report them to the Police and to the Labor Board this week with no Doubt. Kevin is a total Jerk and their Receptionist's or Admin team are super ignorant.
