Mike from city of industry got me a job asap. Much appreciated but on my 1st day of work I realized that I couldn't go through with it due to it being way too slow paced and reached out to Mike asking if he could help. Didn't hear nothing until Thursday morning at 2 a.m apologizing for not responding due to catching up from the short week the week before and said that he would look into it for me but that him and the employer have spoke and decided to terminate my assignment and to not show up to work Thursday. 2am? Unprofessional. And still hasn't responded to any of my text messages since then

Your agency doesn't pay a deserving wage according to the type of work you hire people to do. At least not for the work that I was hired to do. You take advantage of people in need of a job and exploit their necessity for income by taking advantage of the situation & offering them a below living wage knowing they don't have much of a choice. Also as if that wasn't bad enough, you also don't pay for the paid holidays that the companies pay their employees for. You guys get paid by that company but you don't pass that on to your agency hired employees.

Never follow up the work with the customers even I asked. Talked with the agent in person and she could not give me good explanations. Thumbs down.

I worked with a recruiter named Gabriel and he was GREAT!! I had just lost my job and was stressing over finding one as soon as possible since I am a single parent. I called the office and went in to speak to Gabriel, he found me a position that fit my schedule and pay is great. I highly recommend him, he kept me updated on everything and called me before my interview to go over everything, He is a great recruiter and I highly recommend him!!

I haven't been dealing with Aerotek very long, but all I can say is the staff is very professional and they will find you work. Their very courteous and caring. They always follow up and see how your assignment is going and if there are any concerns. When I signed up with the agency in December the process was done in a very timely matter in a matter of two days I was already given an assignment and had a start date. My recruiter Dominick has been very helpful and has made each step a smooth transition. I 100% recommend this employment agency to anyone looking for immediate work, they work quickly and will take good care of you!

So the staffing agency called Aston Carter was great while working with me. Never really dealt with Aerotek until I quit the job I was hired through the agency. I was owed for a days worth of work and hadn’t received it for over 2 weeks. I tried to contact Taylor Miller over and over again and never got a response. Finally got an email from someone else at Aerotek saying that my funds were deposited into an existing prepaid card which I never signed up for and never received. Decided to let it go but don’t go through these people. Don’t expect any communication with them.

Yes he found me a job quickly, hense the extra star. Not only did he give me terrible terrible information on my first day to make me late, he also didn't notify them about my interview so I was constantly looking bad. It was terrible experience. Avoid DOMINICK he is utterly terrible. He saw I had a degree in STEM and wasn't a suitable recruiter he placed me in a job with food and beverages.

PROS: he answered all my emails and calls, He hardly ever ignored my messages, he found me a job quickly

Cons: he provided false information, I have a degree in science and he put me in positions where that wasn't useful ( I landed a lab job other than job title they offered because I asked how to get a lab job as I was interviewing), he didn't tell HR about my interview so i showed up and they were not expecting me, He told me to go to work at 10 am to be able to find parking within 30 minutes. Then handed me a paper that said I come in at 10:30 for my work schedule. Everything was wrong. They expected me at 10 and my schedule was 10-6:30
