I recently participated in a study with Advantage Research, and it was a wonderful experience! Carmen was incredibly kind and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The research study was exactly as described, and I received my compensation without any issues. Staff was wonderful.
Just did a study with them.
Study was done on a Friday and already got paid on the following Tuesday. They were super fast compared to other study companies we have helped. Highly recommended and would keep being a panelist for them.

Although they had some scheduling problems, the owner called me up the next business day and made things right. It was their clients fault but Mr. Carmen (the owner) contacted me the very next business day was professional, apologetic, and eager to fix the situation which he did. This is an excellent company and everyone should disregard the disgruntled comments. I would choose Advantage again, and again over any other research company. Good job guys!

I have done multiple focus groups with Advantage Research and they have all been pleasant experiences. Communication is wonderful and compensation is fast and easy. Will most definitely continue working with them.

The owner reached out personally and made sure the communication was transparent for the focus group. Friendly and professional business was conducted. No issues on receiving payment and wasn't hard to get in touch with when there was an issue! I would definitely continue doing any opportunities presented

Do not use this company no matter what they say they jerked around me and a few friends who did this focus group here in Wilmington Delaware
This company is horrible as far as research goes I will never use them again. They did a two day group here Wilmington Delaware June 27,28 they did not pay immediately when done oh no they tell everyone not paid until today Monday. They paid with a measly Visa gift card one that you can get no cash from. But it gets better the woman who was the facilitator told all of us on the last day we would be able to yes have a cash option with Tremendous by using ach bank account venmo pay pal but it was all lies. I stay in a hotel can’t even pay my weekly rent now because the recruiter when they contacted me said yea you’ll get $700 not 700 on a virtual Visa card. Be aware of this company they are not a good company at all. It was so many people upset that day worked all day and they did this.

After doing a few studies for this company, I don't understand all the negative reviews. I got paid right away and the staff who I was interacting with were nothing but nice to me.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
I have done over 8 surveys for this company all for health care such as Humana, United/AARP, Aetna, Anthem, B cross B shield, Cigna....etc. and I have proof of the fraudulent acts taken place by this company! They tried to have me falsified documents or make up false surveys in order for me to get paid. If I didn't finish in time, they would make up anything on paper to shut the client up. I was told by Michael and Ryan that it was OK and that this wasn't the first time and that it was a normal practice in this business. SHAME ON YOU GUYS and Advantage Research. No integrity what so ever! I will be contacting the client myself to let them know who they are hiring!
