I recently took two of my PCs to Advanced Computers of Knox for repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! One of my PCs had a cracked screen, and the other wasn’t charging. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process, and they really took the time to explain what was going on with my devices.

Not only were they professional, but the turnaround time was also faster than I expected. Both computers are working like new—screen replaced and charging issue fixed. On top of all that, the cost was amazing! I couldn’t believe how affordable the repairs were for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend you go here for any computer repair needs. My HP Envy laptop died last week. The screen flashed and then it shut off. The 4 year old device would not power back on even with a short call to HP Support. So, I took it to Advanced Computers of Knoxville and they took a look at it as I waited. Bryan took off the back cover and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad battery. He powered the unit back on and ordered a new replacement battery at a reasonable price all the while in a matter of minutes. The battery arrived in just a couple days. I was certainly pleased with their diagnostic work and would highly recommend them.
