small place got in and out for company breathalyzer test.

Warning!!!! If you plan to drive a commercial truck here don't!! Get a lyft or uber, cab... Have company person give you a ride this is restricted area carrizo springs deputy, sherrif and officers will ticket you.

Very bad service now. They send you to a clinic now.for a DOT physical. It takes them 2 or more hours to see you. It should take at least 30 minutes to see you. I’ll never come back here again. I’ll do my DOT physical in San Antonio from now on. They need to shut this place down. DOT physicals should be done here not at the clinic.

Reason for one star, you have to put at least one. It should be negative -5. Called them about DOT physical, they said yes we do that. Arrive at 10, they took my information and my 130 dollars then said you have to go to the clinic down the road. 3 hours later still sitting at clinic waiting to be seen. Don’t advertise nor tell people you provide a service when you don’t.
