You guys are working in the Austin area laying AT&T fibers, you came into my mothers back yard with a bobcat and tore up the ground, matter of fact you dug a hole so deep and then accidentally cut the power. Wondering who do we need to contact about you guys fixing our yard back.

IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESIONAL
Came home to find one their excavators parked...ON MY LAWN.
They weren't doing any work for me. They just decided to put it there when they left for the day.
That should probably tell you all you need to know about them.

They hold meetings to see what subs they can pay and which ones to hold off on paying. Subs should be calling corporate in Missouri to demand their money. They wouldn't survive without subs. If the subs decided to stop working, they would go under fast.
