We used ACT Machines to supply our larger commercial printer for years. The printer we leased was excellent- it was a workhorse and far better than the "modern" printers we now have.

After years of service, we asked ACT to assist with finding a solution for a carbon form we had been manually filing with a typewriter. We provided them the exact carbon copy form that we needed to print on, and asked if they might have a solutions. They suggested we use an Oki brand impact printer. We purchased the same, and attempted to use it in our office. The short would be that it did not work for our form. After a few months of back and forth, we gave up. Our ACT salesman politely let us know we were stuck with the printer (which remains almost new, sitting on a supply shelf in our office).

When our lease ran out for our larger printer, we switched suppliers. I preferred ACTs products, but did not want to get stuck with another product that might or might not fill our needs.

Hallmark Insurance has partnered with ACT Business Machines for about 20 years. Their employees have always been professional and offered valuable services without trying to up-sell unnecessarily. During the recent quarantine our agency didn't miss a beat because we, thanks to ACT, already had the structure in place for our employees to work at home without missing a beat. We have never had a business machine or technology issue that they couldn't solve for us.

ACT is very knowledgeable with the latest in copier & printers. Always keeping us informed on the latest technology. They are always very prompt on any of our needs. Making sure we are running at full speed. We print approximately 4500 bulletins a week and any time a printer should stop they send a service tech immediately. Thanks ACT!
