My experience was very pleasant. Although the visit was long. Ambica was very professional and very attentive to my needs. She made sure I was comfortable during my stay. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me where it was very easy to understand. I appreciated her knowledge and professionalism. I give her 5 out of 5 stars.

ACRC Trials is one of the BEST clinical trial researchers I have come across!! I am currently in a Gout study and my team which includes Les, Andy & Aliena are absolutely outstanding! They are extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable and always available if I have any questions. They know the protocols; There is never any questions about what they are supposed to do at each visit which just proves to me they know their stuff! I have been a participant in the past at some other clinics and the disorganization was mind- boggling!! If you are looking to help advance research and be a participant in medical clinical trials, I highly recommend ACRC TRIALS!! 👍😁 These guys are AWESOME!!

Everyone had a smile and I truly felt that the employees generally wanted to be at work helping us.

The wait was not extreamly long considering how many patients showed up.

I must take my hat off to Jayde.
Her listening skills are off the chart as well as her professionalism.

I signed up for a trial where the first day was at 12:30 PM. I sat there for at least 30 minutes before someone took me to the back. It was another two hours before I was told that nobody would be there in a timely fashion to do my physical, and when they did come, it would be another hour to get the medicine. I took off a half-day after verifying with them multiple times when the timeframe would be and they didn’t honor that. They tried to reschedule the next day and would not budge on the time so I declined. They called twice more the next day advising that they had more times, but for some reason they weren’t available today before. The folks who work there are nice but it is obvious That they are not organized and people don’t talk to each other. I don’t like my time wasted..

The Carrollton research facility is absolutely fantastic! Researchers, Jessica, Jayde, and Esmerelda are the greatest, making you feel at home and comfortable...I love their personalities, attitudes, and comfort! I love them to death!! THANK YOU, SO MUCH!!
