The folks at ACE Service Experts are some of the best I've worked with. It's important to point out that I was introduced to ACE by an old home warranty plan I was unfortunately working with at that time. The home warranty was dragging their feet, as is often the case, and I was unable to get them to restore my home heat more quickly. ACE Service Experts took it upon themselves to contact the home warranty service, encouraging them to approve my repairs, and to ensure they were approved to be completed correctly. It important to find companies, and company owners who actually care, and there just aren't as many out there as one might hope. My family owns a number of rental homes as well, and we will be using ACE Service Experts for all of our future HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Awful experience, we had Ace replace our central air unit in 2019. They had to come back a few times afterwards but all was eventually well. Had them put in our furnace a couple of years later no problems with the furnace. Our water heater went out the next year, we had a new one put in. A second water heater went out after 2 years. When we called a company out for a consultation this year early February we were told that the water heater was ruined related to the moisture of the furnace which was constantly blowing out the flame of the water heater and that we couldn’t get a new water heater until whoever placed the ductwork from the furnace because it would just be the same thing. When we called Andre after spending thousands of dollars in the past regarding the furnace he stated that he took pictures when he completed his job. Having pictures and the actual functionality of the furnace is two different things. We were also told that the CO2 in the house was concerning as it relates to the furnace. So very frustrated heating water until we eventually had to repay a company to replace the ductwork so now we’re paying for our second water heater that was damaged by the moisture of heat from the furnace that was blowing into the water heater!!!!

After a nightmare experience with another company who lied to us and warranty company, Ace sent us Andre who was thorough, friendly, and full of information. He assured us the failure wasn't our fault and walked us through what the next steps were. He had a trainee with him and I could see what a good mentor he was. Very happy!

This is the second time I’ve used ACE. Both times I’ve had Andre who always goes above and beyond to provide a great service. Really professional and reliant, HVAC was replaced and passed county inspections. Would highly recommend!

Everyone from start to finish was so pleasant and efficient. They had answers to all my questions, offered me the best plan for my situation, found me a next day appointment, arrived exactly when they said, took extra care to keep my house tidy, explained everything they did, completed the work in a timely manner, and provided me with a detailed report. I am so glad I found ACE! Couldn’t ask for better!

Scott the HVAC technician was absolutely amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, the same qualities as every other member of their staff I’ve had the pleasure to deal with with Ace . Ace will most certainly take care of all your heating and cooling needs and they never have tried to upsell or do anything I don’t need and that’s extremely important and assuring to me. Great job from Andre the owner on down, keep up the phenomenal work!
