Best customer service I've EVER experienced over the phone in my ENTIRE life! From customer support to tech support to parts ordering, all 3 individuals I spoke with were pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - and this was regarding a discontinued model! Kudos to your Greenheck Accurex team! I'd give them all a raise if I could.

Accurex supplied us 2 defective fan systems for our kitchen hood through a kitchen contractor we utilized. This delayed the opening of our restaurant, and we incurred our own additional expenses trying to get the system to work. Accurex admitted their mistakes, and agreed to reimburse us a portion of our additional costs. Since that point, we have received "the run around". Seven months later, after filling out wire transfer forms, submitting and resubmitting invoices, we still have not received payment, and no further communication as to status. My review is not based upon the mistakes the company made (it happens to the best), but their lack of customer service and lack of honesty in addressing the problem.
