I found out about this study through Facebook. I suffer with HBP and said hey I should do this study for HBP to try and help myself and others. I have struggled for 3 years to get my pressure under control. So I signed up. Got 3 text messages saying we been trying to call you please call us back. I called on August 13th and spoke to Michelle, she was very polite and attentive. I made my appointment for Sept 4 th. and was told if I needed to cancel make sure I called. Between August 16th and August 31st I have received multiply calls and text confirming my appointment and every time I said I will’s be there. So on yesterday September the 3rd at about 5pm I received a called from the clinic and I believe her name was Zeona stating that she didn’t understand why I was put on her schedule for Sept 4th cause she would not be in the clinic. I paused for a minute and was like excuse me, so your telling me that you wait til the day before to call and say that you didn’t know why I was put on your schedule cause you were out of the office. I stated that your clinic has hounded mefor a week and a half about making sure I was coming to the study and every time i said yes and then you call me the day before canceling. This is very unacceptable! I understand things happen but she certainly wasn’t worried about me at all and then to make the story even worse I get a phone call this morning the day of the study saying we see that you called and canceled your appointment would you like to reschedule. I was like excuse me, I never canceled and that you all contacted me the day before and you all canceled on me. Instead of wanting to address my concern they were so quick to just brush it off and said we can get you rescheduled. I had already requested time off of work to do this study and this is the unprofessionalism that I get. Never again will I do a study for anyone. Neuro Science will never and I repeat never get me to participate in any study ever again.

My experience with Accel has been exceptionally positive. Waiting times are acceptable, the waiting room and offices are clean and pleasant, other participants are treated with respect, there’s television and complimentary hot beverages. I always feel comfortable. All Accel personnel are friendly and courteous, Nadia remembers me, even though this is only my third visit in nearly two months. She has paid attention and taken care to create a warm relationship with me. Thank you.

My experience with this facility is always on the highest level of concern and kindness for my comfort and joy during every visit. Ms Nadia is very expedient in EVERYTHING she's tasked with. All the staff are nice and Ms. Nadia thank you for being so efficient and I'm sure you'll be receiving a promotion to a higher position.And your professional presence/joyful personality will definitely be missed. This clinic and the Alzheimer's trial we are in are great. I’m so glad we found it. The people are professional and kind and the visits are anxiety-free. The staff worked hard to find the best trial for us and the test results are really promising. There’s a clear difference from before we started. It’s giving us hope when we thought the future looked bleak. I’ve recommended it to several friends who have family members with Alzheimer's.
