I recently purchased my second AC Air Technology tug. I wouldn’t have bought the second one if the first one didn’t meet or exceed my expectations. With two hangers at different airports a second tug was needed. I didn’t hesitate to repeat my prior purchase. Also with the new Piper M600 we recently acquired which has a 5 blade prop the low profile AC Air tug is the only way to go.

We are in Lake Havasu and share a large hanger with a few planes. Although the FBO will pull our planes in and out for us it can take awhile especially when there are military planes landing and such. Using the tow pull bar is a two person deal with our bonanza. We purchased an Ac Air Technology tug to take care of that issue and life became quick and simple. The tug is always ready to go and a quick adjustment for Different wheel sizes (widths) and away we fly. The AC Air Technology tug is well built and very easy to use. Worth every penny..

If I could give AC Air technology a 10 ⭐️ rating, that still wouldn’t be good enough. Aside from them making absolutely fantastic products, their customer service is second-to-none. I live across the country from them and have no affiliation with them other than what most businesses would consider a “beginner, low end customer”, yet they continually treat me like I’m their #1 customer. Britney is the embodiment of above-and-beyond excellent customer service! Her communication is nearly instantaneous and is always professional and courteous. Exceptional customer service is a declining commodity in today’s society and AC Air is doing their part to combat that trend. Thanks for holding your standards bar to a very high level AC Air!!! I’m a customer for life.

AC Air Technology tugs are where it's at! My neighbor at the airport had a tug and I saw it and thought how cool it was. After I put a new floor in my hangar and the city raised the asphalt in front of my apron my tail would not clear the bi-fold door without 2 or 3 people it became apparent that it was the solution to my problems. I decided to buy the T1X2 model for my current plane and a possible light twin down the road. Not only does my tail clear but it's easy in and easy out of the hangar for one person with the incline and lip of the concrete. The customer service was spectacular, I travel a lot so I depend on multiple means of communication. Breanna was very responsive whether it was email or phone call and made sure any questions were answered and any sale programs were made known. I will definitely buy again and recommend them to anyone.

There is nothing like this tug. It’s amazing. No need to help it along using your foot like the competition’s wheeled version, the tracks have superior traction in all forms of terrain. It’s also lower than the BT Romeo. No need to worry about your props position during use, like the competition. They even assemble their own remote out of aluminum. It’s a work of art. They could have used a plastic RC car transmitter, like BT, but elected to create their own, and those attention to details sets this company apart from all others. Simply no comparison. If you need a tug for your aircraft or helicopter, the AC Air Technology’s tug is the one to get.

Highly recommended tug. The crew at AC Air Technology is top notch due to their attentiveness and knowledge. I have now made my second informed tug purchase from them. Britney in Customer Service and Shipping answers back with sent in questions very quickly and Tracy in engineering is very thorough in his explanation with their technology. I have two T1X2 tugs which are used with my Cherokee 235, with wheel pants, and my Vinka L-70.

I love my tug! I move my Cessna 180 and Travel Air 4000 with it several times a week and have had no problems with it. Obviously, they are not cheap but the ability to monitor wingtips as well as the reduced wear and tear on my back are totally worth it.
