This was my first time dealing with Absolute Computer services
and I’m sure it won’t be my last. The service was very prompt and there was very friendly and courteous atmosphere and I felt the price was reasonable. I would advise anybody to take advantage of these services. I would definitely use him again.

Recognize your level of expertise before attempting a do-it-at-home repair/recovery. When you fail to clear the “blue screen of death” and re-boot your computer call Todd. He’s very accessible by phone, responds professionally, and in my case was able to talk me through an uncomplicated fix. What a timesaver and I avoided needing to drive to his business. I was dead in the water and Todd responded to my call immediately over holiday and even offered to come to my office early Jan 1 to get me back in business. He came to me and worked diligently to fix my current issue and get my new computer set up and online. I could not be more pleased with the service. HE should definitely raise his prices! So if you need aid with computer probably hurry and get him on the line before he catches on to what the computer geeks charge all around him. My company computer system had been hacked and it completely shut my business down. I needed help and needed it NOW...I was referred to Todd by my former IT personnel and I made the call. Todd met with me and within one hour I was back up and going strong. He recommended a new security system and installed it while I waited.
