I brought a bed 2 weeks ago, they've changed the delivery date 5 times. I'm supposed to get it today so I hope they don't change it. I added an box spring and mattress they only added the bed set and not the boxspring and mattress. Had to call corporate on the 4th delivery date. And when I called yesterday they said it would be here Thursday but I corrected it to today. So hope they bring it

Order a stove and fridge 2 weeks ago and supposed to be delivered today after 3:45 and they showed up at 12 without notice and won't bring it back next week after I unhook everything so they can install...I told my wife to cancel the order because we have to wait for their mistake

Customer service is abhorrent at best. Refuse to answer phones. Had to call the corporatehelp number to even get any information. Cant tell me where my stuff is. When it did finally come, The delivery guys were great. But the store lady is absolutely vile. Would rather chew glass than go through this branch again. Yikes.

Horrible customer service! Never missed a payment and always stayed in communication. They harass you on your due date and continuously knock on your door like you’re trying to steal your own stuff. I could understand being 2 or 3 months past due but the day you owe ( day 1 ) it’s automatic harassment. The general manager is racist and very disrespectful! If you are a person of color I would suggest going somewhere else ! I will never 👎 again go to this location and I really wish I could speak to whoever owes this store , I’ve been in customer service for 12 years and I have never seen a company run like this… it’s very disturbing. Can’t wait to pay my last payment and be done ☑️

They are terrible , when it comes to customer service and merchandise. Our first bed was not put together properly because the delivery guys were rushing , the bed broke within two weeks of having it . They brung out another bed (different kind) and it broke also the merchandise is CHEAP. They harass you about a payment but won’t come fix anything! When you call the store they give you the run around. I don’t recommend them to anyone especially the Prattville location. SMH neverrr again !

I'm not even a customer but I live with someone who is and y'all make me not want to become a customer. You harass them before their due date. You try and charge their card before the due date. Your horrible when it comes to good customer service. The district manager needs to put a stop to this. At this point I wouldn't recommend a soul.

I really hated it when I was told our Clanton store was closing. My account was moved to the Prattville store shortly after I reported problems with my washer and dryer. I have been given one excuse after another as to why nothing has been done. Aaron's doesn't do the repairs anymore. Someone from GE will have to come check it out. So where are these mysterious GE repairmen I've had zero calls from anyone, oh except when my payment was late. Then they harass the bejeezus out of you. Can I PLEASE get someone, anyone, to fix my washer and dryer?
