This neighborhood pack and ship place is my favorite last-minute go to place to send out any handmade artwork. They do everything they can to help you out, to make sure that your canvas paintings are shipped in the safest and most efficient way. The staff is extremely kind and professional. They make working with them, a pleasure. They also quick to offer solutions if you need any help with getting Amazon packages back and you don’t have the original packaging.

Over all, they have helped me in so many great pinches, I will never go to any other company for shipping ever again. Simply amazing business orders. We need more people like them in this world.

The couple that owns this shipping store are friendly and always helpful. They work to get you the best price depending on your needs. Excellent job packing your items if you don’t have the packing materials or just want it done professionally. Customer service when you have a question or issue is great. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to different shipping and printing businesses at this same location for years and I’m so grateful that this is the new printing and shipping business in downtown HB.

I had a very minimal amount of time to put together a calendar for a bar in downtown HB and AAA Postmart was there every step of the way to help get this done before the 1st. They helped clean up the design and took great care of the small details of the project and they even worked on Christmas Eve and a little Christmas Day to help get the project done. Hands down the best service, they’re super kind and genuinely care about your project.

I’ve also gotten flyers made from them and the prices are super reasonable, the quality of work is great, and I’ll be coming back to them for all my printing and shipping needs.

The employee/owner gossiped about me to an acquaintance of mine for my asking a very simple business question. They called me melodramatic over a one-line email professionally asking for a refund in plain neutral English. They promised to refund me for a late delivery of 8 some days on a guarantee of 3-day shipping. I paid about $700 for this expedited shipping as well. Because the package arrived late I wasted close to $2400 in funds as I needed the package to show at an art exhibition representing anti-domestic violence but also neurodiversity awareness. My confusion is why the shipping selection is called a 3-day delivery if they're going to send it in 11 days, but also why did I pay THAT MUCH EXTRA for expedited shipping? I additionally felt cheated as it was not made aware to me that different shipping tiers/levels will later REFUSE refunds. To me, this feels like they withheld information.

I spent over 3 months asking them + UPS in calls and emails taking about 5hours of my time in total for a refund for sabotaging my participation in a very meaningful event, as my mother died to domestic violence 9 years ago and this event happened to fall on my mother's death anniversary.

The apathy being put my way is also mind-boggling. they're now ignoring my requests for the refund they promised 4 times. I don't know why I have to paid to be treated like a second rate citizen, but also why these businesses are allowed to make empty promises and then ignore you as though they did not fail to deliver both the actual service their entire establishment markets and makes revenue off of, but also customer service after the fact. The lack of accountability is mind-blowing and I am heartbroken that I even have to write this review--as I believe in a mantra of militant commitment to forgiveness, understanding, and supporting others in honor of my dead mother.

Please don't use their services. They are really great at gaslighting and falsifying information for reasons unbeknownst to me. Please go elsewhere for a more professional interaction with a very simple service. I feel robbed and very confused as to why this happened. I do not know of any other company or business establishment that operated like this.
