I had came in to see why my insurance went up and I got to talk and get helped by Freddie and he was able to see what happen and I left with a cheaper price

Very friendly atmosphere, everyone greets with a smile. Very patient with every assistance be 5 minutes or an hour. Be kind to seniors, sometimes we cant hear too good so speak loudly with them. We are not in computer era or digital or phone app stuff. So please explain things old school style, just keep in mind we all are going to get old one day, doesn't matter if you have millions. Thank you for your kindness. On my goodness thank you for putting chairs to sit and wait our turn. Medical problems not just getting old, standing and waiting , with just one clerk is very rough on our standing abilities. 👌
