Took my van in for an oil change, alternator and to check my ac to see what was wrong with it. He called me to tell me I had multiple issues on my van. Which I was well aware what was wrong and things that needed to be fixed at a later date. Instead of focusing on the rule problem they changed my back brakes, rotors and replaced my highlight. My van still has something wrong with it electrical wise. My ac isn’t turning on and has a delay. Which I told him on the phone that I could do my brakes and rotors but instead I got charged a huge bill and the problem still isn’t fixed. In all around yes got new brakes and rotors but the bigger problem that I took my van to them was not addressed. I will not be going to them anymore. I feel like I got taken advantage of on spending more money that in reality could have waited.

Was broke down while in town from Kansas City. They diagnosed the problem and stayed open past 12 pm to replace it for me. Really a classy move from Randy and the team. Highly recommend.

The worst experience I’ve had out of an auto repair shop. Paid for diagnostic (which they diagnosed wrong), did not repair what I came in for and then tried to convince that my car need several thousands of dollars worth of work that wasn’t needed. Also never fixed the main problem I came in to repair even after coming back a second time, they also sold my information to outside companies. Go to reicher in Washington instead.

I found this place when I started going through my divorce, and these people here are absolutely the best they are wonderful and thank you guys for being so wonderful!!

I go in for regular oil changes as well as routine maintenance and bigger repairs.
The technicians are very thorough and will report any issues they feel need addressed with a realistic timeframe to take care of them.

Do not respect the low reviews! A-Z provided me with a PROFESSIONAL experience, and at no time did they say or do anything that would draw into question their skills or talent.

They gave an array of offers on what they can do for me and the price they called it an ABC inspection it gave me loads of options.

They offered 100-day same as cash financing for emergency repairs and a 1 year payment plan.

Even so, I did make sure I was not being cheated.

I asked if there were any discounts. A-Z offered a few things. It wasn't much, ~100 dollars on 3k of repairs, but still a yes.

I asked for my replaced parts back. They said "SURE" let make sure it's written on the orders.

The owner and tech their showed NO FEAR in their ability to satisfy additional requirements to prove completed and needed work.

Overall, I would recommend that even if the prices are slightly higher for "safety inspections" stuff, I can expect

A. They are going to do it.
B. If they mentioned it, it was worth doing.
And
C. Be very accommodating.

Well worth an extra 5% if even, for peace of mind.

My repairs have just started, afterwords I will take my vehicle for an inspection at a different shop to inspect the quality of the stuff listed on my invoice, and I will be sure to update this afterwords.

I had AC troubles with my truck. I took it to A2Z auto and they were able to fix it.
Other shops gave me the run around and weren't able to fix it.
They were knowledgeable and help explain the issues. The workmanship was great and prices were fair.
I definitely will be going back and would recommend them to anyone.

I needed AC repairs and I did not get them properly at this repair shop. I believe the repairman guessed at the problem and the worst thing is that they knew it. When I picked up my car, the repairman told me he had to bang on my dashboard to get the ac to work. Which tells me they knew they did not fix my ac. I took my car to the jeep dealer and they determined that a part had melted which caused the problem. My AC works fine now. I was charged by A2Z for work that was un-necessary and expensive.
