I initially turned to a well-known evaluation company for my credential evaluation and was shocked by their slow response time to my inquiries and the evaluation process itself. Frustrated by the delays, I ultimately decided to cancel my order.

In contrast, I found IERF to be an outstanding credential evaluation company that met all my needs. They responded to my emails remarkably quickly, often within hours. They consistently kept me updated on the progress of my evaluation and clearly explained what to expect next.

IERF delivered on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Thank you, IERF!

I still don’t have feedback (no answer for my last email and never picked up my calls, I left my voicemail) from IERF even I paid money for Evaluation Diploma. And I have my special number. Beginning was great, Erica Pacheco answered for my any questions. But I’m really disappointed when I asked about agreement where company promises will send me back my original diploma.

I have been trying to contact them but no response I sent all my original documents bachelor high school diploma original transcripts but I haven’t receive them back yet since months and there is no communication. Can you believe it if you guys lost my papers it means all my hard work and studies for long years are lost too, do you know that I can’t have them back. Are you playing with people’s future!!!
I need a response as soon as possible and my original papers mailed to my address

The International Education Research Foundation is a money grab operation that is terrible at their job. They’re supposed to be experts in handling important academic documents, yet they can’t even pack them properly. My documents arrived ripped and damaged because of their terrible packaging. Recommend going to a different provider if you can help it.

Seriously, how can people this careless be trusted to review academic records? Do yourself a favor and go with a different provider. These guys are a joke.

Do not ever use this terrible company. My GPA of 3.71 was reduced to 2.84 after their evaluation, and they sent it directly to the schools I applied to, resulting in a rejection. This is the second time!!!!!! that such a significant error has occurred, and I find this unacceptable. They did not even apologize when I brought this to their attention. I will be posting this on Reddit and all major study abroad forums to warn others about this scam company. Let’s join together to boycott this company and prevent others from being deceived. This unethical company needs to be shut down!

Please be very cautious with your original documents!!! They requested my original documents for evaluation purpose I sent them and I paid all fees for returning my documents back to me, but unfortunately they sent my original document back in a very cheap plastic pocket and maybe on the way it was ripped and I received back my original documents in very bad condition (wet and ripped), that cannot be used anymore, and now I cannot request for new original documents too from my country, very very disappointed by their services I will never use it again

This company sucks, they don't have a phone number you can contact them and speak to them through. Honestly was a waste of my money I definitely don't recommend using this company for your transcript evaluations.
